ICT in Arts and Humanities Research

Welcome to the webpages of the AHRC's ICT (Information and Communications Technology) in Arts and Humanities Research Programme.

The Programme's work was completed at the end of 2008, but the webpages are being maintained as a record. Contact details below or on the About Us pages remain valid for the time being.

Use the tabs above to find out about us, about the activities and services that we supported, the (now superseded) map of ICT activities in UK arts and humanities, and information and resources to do with related activities that we were involved with but did not ourselves fund.

Recent Projects

Work is well under way on a set of projects funded by JISC and the ICT Programme to ease the transition from the system of centralized support services which ended with the termination of funding for the AHDS and the AHRC ICT Methods Network in March 2008. Click here for further information.

Click here for information on Review Activities carried out by the Programme in the areas of Sustainability of Digital Resources, Evidence of Value of ICT in Arts and Humanities Research, and e-Infrastructure.
